Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of various projects under TeC, including education programs, business trip, business missions, consultancy projects, and innovation initiatives.
Support both government-funded projects (e.g., DEPA, NIA, OSMEP, DITP, etc.) and private client projects, ensuring compliance with specific requirements, documentation, and reporting standards.
Prepare and manage project documentation such as TORs, proposals, contracts, and progress reports.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; proactively follow up with team members and partners to ensure milestones are met.
Conduct market or background research relevant to each project to support decision-making and project presentations.
Event & Program Operations
Assist in organizing and executing offline events, such as business forums, exhibitions, seminars, training programs, and business matching activities.
Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, vendor and supplier coordination, catering, and on-site support.
Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure seamless event communication and post-event documentation (photos, reports, participant feedback, etc.).
Manage participant registration, coordination with speakers, and preparation of event materials and signage.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise effectively with internal departments, clients, partners, and government agencies to support project goals and operational efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, draft minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support bilingual (Thai-English) communication and documentation when needed.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Prepare and maintain project-related databases, budgets, and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of invoices, reimbursement forms, and other financial documentation related to projects or events.
Support the Project Manager in preparing presentation materials and project updates for management and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or related functions (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design or presentation tools is an advantage.
Positive, service-minded, and adaptable personality, able to work under dynamic conditions and tight timelines.
