Responsibilities: 

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into closed deals.

  2. Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closure.

  3. Proactively identify, reach out to, and cultivate relationships with potential clients through self-driven prospecting efforts.

  4. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points and tailor solutions that address their specific challenges.

  5. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through ongoing prospecting and relationship-building activities.

  6. Leverage social media, professional networks, and other channels for personal lead generation and brand building.

  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to connect with potential clients and influencers.

  8. Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to guide potential clients through the sales process and close deals.

  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

  10. Analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly to the management team.

  11. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the company.

  12. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve win-win agreements for the company and clients.

  13. Provide ongoing support and information to clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer.

  14. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  15. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

  16. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and maintaining a positive and professional image.

  17. Evaluate and optimize the customer experience journey to enhance overall satisfaction and increase referrals.

  5. Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals effectively.

  7. Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, showcasing the value proposition of the company's services.

  8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
