Job Description: International Business Community Lead

Responsibilities: 

  1. Creates, coordinates, manages, and maintains current and prospective partner relationships with local and international corporations, community organizations, associations, government, non-profit organizations, universities, and other business stakeholders.

  2. Utilizes a variety of sources to find potential partners, including existing networks as well as research, email and cold calling.

  3. Prepares action work plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 

  4. With manager/ supervisor approval, creates presentations, proposals, and partnership contracts.

  5. Coordinates with manager/ supervisor to accomplish the activities and approvals required to close partnership agreements. 

  6. Collaborate with all partners to ensure partnership agreement compliance.

  7. Works with manager/ supervisor to develop and maintain sales and marketing materials as well as current partnership program knowledge. 

  8. Identifies and resolves partner concerns. (problem-solving skill)

  9. Prepares various status reports, including activity, follow-up, and partner communication reports.

  10. Communicates new opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through activity to manager/ supervisor.


Qualifications:

  1. Ability to cultivate long-term strong community/ business relationships.

  2. Ability to persuade and influence others.

  3. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. 

  4. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. 

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  6. Knowledge of advertising and sales.

  7. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive image to the public.

  8. Knowledge and skills with computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  9. Proficient in business english reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

  10. Ability to travel both domestically and abroad.
