ปลดล็อคทุกทักษะจำเป็นในสายงานดิจิทัล เพื่อให้คุณโดดเด่นกว่าใครในตลาดแรงงาน

เริ่มต้นจากแนวคิดของโครงการ "The Digital Work เริ่มงานสายดิจิทัล" by TeC e-Business Center ที่ต้องการตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายในตลาดแรงงาน กับปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงานด้านดิจิทัลที่มีคุณภาพ ซึ่งถึงจะมีแรงงานที่ต้องการทำงานด้านนี้อยู่มาก แต่มีแรงงานที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงใจผู้ประกอบการอยู่น้อยมาก ทางโครงการจึงออกแบบกระบวนการเรียน การสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับ "Digital Workforce หรือ กำลังพลสายดิจิทัล" เพื่อให้สามารถตอบโจทย์ผู้ประกอบการ ได้แรงงานที่มีคุณภาพและตรงความต้องการเข้าไปทำงาน ส่วนกำลังพลสายดิจิทัลเอง ก็ได้พัฒนาทักษะติดอาวุธแบบครบมือ และยกระดับตนเองให้เป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดได้ด้วยเช่นกัน เรียกได้ว่าเป็น WIN-WIN Solution ที่ตอบโจทย์คนทั้งสองกลุ่มนี้ได้เป็นอย่างดี
ทักษะที่สอนในโครงการเหล่านี้อาจไม่ได้บรรจุอยู่ในหลักสูตร และหาเรียนไม่ได้ในมหาวิทยาลัย หากแต่ต้องค้นคว้าและสั่งสมประสบการณ์ด้วยตนเอง หรืออาจใช้ทางลัดโดยการเรียนเสริมจากสถาบันกวดวิชาเฉพาะด้าน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันก็มีสถาบันที่เกิดขึ้นมากมายเพื่อตอบโจทย์ความต้องการดังกล่าว แต่ยังไม่มีสถาบันที่รวบรวมหลักสูตรเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะจำเป็นทุกทักษะอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้ง Hard Skill, Business Skill และ Soft Skill ไว้ด้วยกันในหลักสูตรเดียว ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ที่สนใจในสายงานด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล สามารถพัฒนาทักษะของตัวเองให้เป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดได้อย่างครบถ้วน
นี่จึงเป็นที่มาของโครงการ The Digital Work โครงการที่จะช่วยติดอาวุธด้านดิจิทัลและทักษะอื่น ๆ ที่จะทำให้คุณโดดเด่นกว่าใครในตลาดแรงงาน พร้อมเรียนแบบเข้มข้น 4 วันเต็ม อัดแน่นด้วยสาระ เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงและมีกิจกรรมเพื่อจำลองสิ่งที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการต้องเจอในการทำงาน โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยังมีโอกาสได้รับเรียกสัมภาษณ์และเข้าทำงานในบริษัทชั้นนำ บริษัทอีคอมเมิร์ซ และดิจิทัลเอเจนซี่ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการกว่า 50 บริษัททันที
โดยผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้รับการฝึกฝนวิทยายุทธจาก Expert Certified Trainer / Mentor ชื่อดังของเมืองไทย การันตีความสามารถด้านดิจิทัลของวิทยากร 7 CEOs ด้วยการันตีจาก Google Adwords Qualified, LINE OA certification, ICDL Digital marketing 100/100 scores, Alibaba Business School Certification และประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานด้านดิจิทัลและอีคอมเมิร์ซกว่า 20 ปี โดยทางโครงการจะจัดทำ e-Resume และ e-Mirror data analysis report ที่จะทำให้สามารถดึงศักยภาพอันโดดเด่น ให้ผู้สัมภาษณ์เห็นได้อย่างเต็มที่ ด้วยแบบทดสอบที่ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากล สำหรับท่านที่ผ่านเข้าร่วมโครงการ และผ่านการทดสอบหลังการเข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตรจาก TeC พร้อมทั้งเสนอคุณให้กับบริษัทชั้นนำกว่า 50 บริษัท เพื่อรับเข้าทำงาน ซึ่งนับเป็นครั้งแรกของประเทศไทยที่จะปั้นคนพันธุ์ดิจิทัลด้วยวิทยายุทธและติดอาวุธเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานไทยที่กำลังขาดแคลนในปัจจุบัน
