Job Description: Account Executive and Customer Excellence

Responsibilities: 

  1. Acquire new target customers through strategic prospecting and lead generation efforts.

  2. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

  3. Manage a comprehensive customer database, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions.

  4. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement effective marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and boost sales.

  6. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and goals.

  7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.

  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

  9. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  10. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.

  11. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

  12. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.

  13. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and services based on customer feedback.

  14. Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  15. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights for continuous improvement.

  16. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.

  17. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations.

  18. Evaluate and optimize customer experience processes to streamline operations and enhance overall satisfaction.

  19. Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in account management or related roles.

  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  3. Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals effectively.

  4. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
